I'm so glad you're here! Thank you for taking a moment to learn about me.​

I started Sustainable Inner Power in 2017 with a single mission: to transform the way we empower our most important asset, our people.  I believe adults work best when they are given the opportunity to design their own success, when they play a role in designing and constructing their own growth goals, and when they see the result of their hard work. 

Each person is part of a team, an organization, a "metaverse".  Each and every one of us has a thing that motivates us.  And we need our employer to support our growth, and partner with us to design our success.

This is where I play a role. 

I work with employers and individual leaders to pave the path to success for that individual.  The outcome is a winning combination for both the employer and employee!​Together with my team of instructional designers, business professionals, and trainers, Sustainable Inner Power comes alive to support organizational growth. We approach each of our clients' needs with fresh eyes to develop customized, and unique strategies to solve business problems.  ​Outside of work, I enjoy time with family, being outdoors, and enjoying good food!
