The Needs Assessment is a critical first step to problem solving, even for the most simple of business problems! What may seem like the obvious reason for why employees are responding or working a certain way is not always the real reason. A thorough analysis of the problem or concern includes interviews, focus groups, surveys, and observations. Dr. Chieffo will work closely with you to plan the needs assessment process, data gathering, analysis of the collected data, then a deep dive into the data. The outcome is an action plan designed to facilitate the desired change.
